Pawlet Public Library Extends Wednesday and Friday Hours for Community Access. The Pawlet Public Library has expanded its operating hours, offering extended access on Wednesday evenings until 7 p.m. and remaining open on Fridays until 5 p.m., as decided unanimously by the Board of Trustees. Applications for the library director position are currently being accepted through April 17, following the reopening of the role after prior negotiations fell through. In addition, the trustees are considering a board retreat to reflect on library programming and future leadership direction. The library remains closed Sundays and Mondays.
