Long Island Man Arrested After Driving Stolen Vehicle Through Ovid Intersection. A 32-year-old Bayshore man was arrested in Seneca County after deputies stopped him at an Ovid intersection early on April 14. Authorities say the suspect was traveling 20 mph over the speed limit and ignored a traffic signal. Deputies discovered the vehicle he was driving had been reported stolen from New York City earlier that day. The man faces felony charges related to stolen property as well as traffic violations and has been processed at the county law enforcement center.
