Fundraiser Organized After Two Killed in Head-On Collision With Semi in Wadsworth. A fundraiser has been initiated to help cover funeral expenses following a fatal head-on collision on Route 173 in Wadsworth last week. Kelly Wooten, 51, and Jacklyn Bradley, 45, both of Stoughton, Wisconsin, died when their car collided with a semi-truck after drifting into the opposite lane. The incident took place Thursday morning, with authorities confirming both victims died from blunt force injuries.
