Two Canandaigua Residents Charged After Shoplifting Incident in Victor. Ontario County Sheriff's deputies arrested two Canandaigua residents following a shoplifting incident at Kohl's on Commerce Drive in Victor on February 24. Authorities charged Thomas J. Fathergill Jr. with petit larceny and Kathleen M. Creswell with fourth-degree grand larceny. Deputies recovered nearly $1,600 in stolen merchandise.
