Arrest Made After Skaneateles Resident Seriously Injured by Pickup Plow. A 45-year-old man from Skaneateles sustained serious internal injuries after being struck by a pickup truck with a plow while clearing snow from his driveway on Mottville Road. Authorities charged Mitchell John Collins of Marcellus with felony hit-and-run and aggravated unlicensed operation after locating the implicated vehicle through witness accounts and video evidence.
