Penn Yan Man Detained for Violating Court Order After Domestic Incident in Dundee. A Penn Yan resident was arrested following a late-night domestic disturbance in Dundee on December 31. The Yates County Sheriff's Office charged 32-year-old Christopher R. Castle with criminal contempt after determining he violated a stay-away order of protection during the incident. The arrest took place in the Town of Starkey, with assistance from New York State Police. Castle was transported to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
