Firefighters Contain Lindenhurst Detached Garage Fire Without Injuries. Fire crews from Lindenhurst and Lake Villa responded Thursday evening to a fire at a detached garage in the 1900 block of Hazelwood Drive. Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke coming from the structure and were able to bring the blaze under control within 10 minutes. No injuries were reported, and the home nearby was not damaged.
