Fundraiser Organized After Two Killed in Head-On Collision With Semi in Wadsworth. A fundraiser has been initiated to help cover funeral expenses following a fatal head-on collision on Route 173 in Wadsworth last week. Kelly Wooten, 51, and Jacklyn Bradley, 45, both of Stoughton, Wisconsin, died when their car collided with a semi-truck after drifting into the opposite lane. The incident took place Thursday morning, with authorities confirming both victims died from blunt force injuries. Local law enforcement and fire officials responded to the crash scene between Route 41 and North Kilbourne Road.
