Eileen B. Turgeon, Lifelong Windsor Resident, Passes Away at 100: Eileen B. Turgeon died at age 100 on January 25, 2026, at Stoughton House in Windsor, Vermont, with family at her side. Born in Windsor in 1926, she attended local schools and spent her life in the community, raising her family. Her hobbies included thrifting, scratch-off lottery tickets, and classic movies, but she was most devoted to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
