Wayne County Resident Released on Parole After 1990 Double Murder Conviction: Chad Campbell, a Wayne County man convicted of a double homicide committed in 1990, has been released on parole after serving decades in prison. The crimes involved the fatal stabbings of a teenager and an infant in the village of Palmyra. Campbell, who was 14 at the time, received a sentence of 18 years to life.
