Rye Boys Basketball Advances to State Semifinals with Regional Championship Win: The Rye High School boys basketball team secured the Regional championship title with a 51-47 victory over Smithtown West on March 13. Overcoming a nine-point deficit in the third quarter, the Garnets finished the game with a strong 12-4 run. This win advances the team to the State semifinals for the first time since 1989.
