New York Invests $43M to Ready Five Upstate Sites for Manufacturing Growth: New York state is allocating more than $43 million to prepare five locations in upstate regions for future manufacturing and high-growth industry projects. Through the FAST NY grant program, selected counties will receive infrastructure enhancements, including improvements to transportation, utilities, and site readiness. The largest portion of the funding will support redevelopment in the Village of Maybrook in Orange County, with additional awards for sites in Fulton, Erie, Albany, and Herkimer counties.
