Candidates Address Issues in Indiana House District 13 Primary Race: Two Democrats, Brenna Geswein of Lafayette and Ed Moyer Jr. of Hillsboro, are vying in the May 5 primary for a chance to challenge Republican incumbent Matt Commons in Indiana House District 13. Commons, a high school teacher and Army veteran, won the seat in 2024. The district spans much of Tippecanoe County and includes Benton, Warren, and parts of several other counties.
