1. Head-On Collision in Walworth County Results in Fatality and Serious Injuries: A head-on collision Tuesday evening on County Road A in Sugar Creek, Wisconsin, resulted in the death of a 68-year-old woman from Lyons and serious injuries to a man from Algonquin, Illinois, and another woman. Authorities report that the incident occurred when the Algonquin man’s vehicle crossed the centerline and struck the woman’s car. Emergency responders treated the injured at the scene before they were transported to hospitals. The crash remains under investigation by Walworth County officials.
