Suspect Arrested After Slow-Speed Pursuit on I-94 in Lake County: A suspect was apprehended following an unusually slow-paced police pursuit that spanned multiple counties and ended on Interstate 94 near Libertyville on Wednesday afternoon. The pursuit began after a vehicle struck a Bensenville Police squad car and failed to comply with a traffic stop request. Officers tracked the beige Lexus sedan for nearly an hour before successfully bringing the incident to a close. No serious injuries were reported during the incident.
